1. Applicability
These terms apply to all clients, purchasers, and visitors of Aurellan offerings. The term “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our services, information products, or goods.
2. Services (Luxury Apartment Selection)
Aurellan provides personalized consultation, collection curation, and arrangement of viewings for high-end residential properties. Services may include in-person or virtual meetings, property research, and negotiation assistance.
3. Information Products
Information products include digital guides, reports, and market analyses delivered via download link or email. Upon confirmation of purchase, you will receive access instructions.
4. Goods
Goods refer to branded merchandise, printed materials, or physical deliverables sold through our platform. Delivery timelines and shipping details will be provided at checkout.
5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Services
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full reimbursement. Consultations canceled within 48 hours, or services already rendered, are not eligible for reimbursement, due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. In lieu of reimbursement, Customers may request a one-time rescheduling of services at no additional charge, subject to availability.
5.2 Information Products
Customers may request a reimbursement within seven days of purchase, provided no download link has been accessed. Once the download link is activated or the digital file is accessed, the purchase is final and no reimbursement will be granted, as digital content cannot be revoked.
5.3 Goods
Customers may send back unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Requests for reimbursement must be made by contacting us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method within seven business days.
